In 1999, Mark Reed authored "Project Management . . . by the Numbers" as a project management process geared directly to the success of the Project Manager as most organizations viewed their business processes as project management.
While is can be argued that as "business" process is a "project management" process, it is also necessary to understand that all phases, stages and tasks of a business process are also projects. In turn, this makes every person in the business process a project manager of their portion of the overall project.
"Project Management . . . by the Numbers" filled the need for everyday Project Managers in a business process to succeed using "Single Customer Concept" and the "Chain of Agreement".
The feedback from "Project Management . . . by the Numbers" was so positive that a seminar was developed and ProSess International was born. In 2000, ProSess International became a division of the newly formed Mark Reed Project Management, Inc.
Today Mark Reed Project Management, Inc. and ProSess International are the sole providers of "Project Management . . . by the Numbers" to dozens or organizations around the world. Currently "Project Management . . . by the Numbers" is practiced by successful Project Managers in over 110 countries and has been facilitated in over 50.
ProSess International also offers "Advanced Project Management . . . by the Numbers" and "Behaviors . . . by the Numbers" to anyone that has attended a "Project Management . . . by the Numbers" session.
Mark Reed Project Management, Inc. includes Executive Coaching, Project Management Consultation and "Project Management . . . by the Numbers" direct support to Project Managers everywhere.
